*DT-L SERIES: Designed especially for CNG Standard Refueling Station with compact structure, good configuration, and low energy-consumption.
This is a series of L-shape, two-rows, less oil lubrication, stage-difference, stationary reciprocating piston, water or air cooling CNG compressors, which mainly consists of machine body, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, cylinder, cooler, separator and pipelines.
When working, the natural gas in the pipe is inhaled into cylinder and is compressed therein, and then the compressed gas will be discharged into the first-stage cooler through first-stage discharge valve. Similarly, the natural gas will be compressed, cooled, separated in sequence in each stage, and finally the gas with a high pressure of 25Mpa(gauge pressure) will goes into the gas storage device after being separated by the separator.
This series of compressors are of complete package on skid. A complete compressor system including the main body, motor and coolers connected by gas pipelines, water pipelines and instrument pipelines are fixed on the frame base.
This series of compressors are equipped by protection device, measurement and control meters.
